How do I change the Display on the Bluetooth Probe between Celsius and Fahrenheit?
PathSpot users can set individual preferences for the Temperature Units that they see in the Web Dashboard and SafetySuite Mobile App, but you may also wish to adjust your handheld probe from Fahrenheit to Celsius.

You should see your current Unit (an "F" or a "C") - Press the
button to toggle to the other option

button for 2 seconds to exit the settings menu.
This probe will now default to your selected temperature unit!
How do I know which checklists are due for today?
From the PathSpot app on your in-store tablet, click on the Tasks tab on the bottom and you will see the following screen:
On the right, there is a list of all Task lists due today. You will also see their status and exactly when they are due.
How do I assign a new Task List to myself (for example, a "Bank Slip" task)?
On the Task Management Tab, tab on the plus icon at the top right. Here you will be able to access all of the Task Lists available for your customer, select them and assign them to yourself. Don’t worry about creating a schedule for it if you are just completing it immediately.
How do I assign an existing Task list to someone else?
Navigate to the Task List tab and click on the plus button at the top right of the page. Here you will be able to select any existing checklist for your store and assign it to any user or to the whole store!
How do I make changes to my Tasks?
Contact the PathSpot Support team at support@pathspottech.com and they will make any configuration changes possible. These might take 24-48 hours to reflect in your store.
How do I monitor task completion remotely?
Through the PathSpot App!
- Just navigate to the Task Tab.
- Click Today on the navigation menu on the top and you will see all task lists that are due today.
- Click this Week to view historical Task list completions for the week.
How do I resolve corrective actions?
Depending on your answer to a specific task, a corrective action may pop up on the screen with a question. To resolve, choose the best answer and click save. You can always add additional comments to the notes field.
What do I do if my temperature task has both a “Read” button and a manual option?
You are expected to take all temperatures using the PathSpot bluetooth probe. If this probe is unavailable for some reason, the manual temperature entry is available for you to enter your temperatures. Your managers prefer that you use the “read” method and will receive an issue report of any manual entry, so please make sure you limit the manual entries to only when necessary.
